I am the Assistant Professor of Public Administration, Program Advisor for Public Administration, and American Indigenous Business Leaders (AIBL). I instruct various topics; management, law, economics, and public administration. This year we will begin each class by looking into the source of everything; our knowledge, opinions, resources, and more. I look forward to learn from one another. As you are just as much as my teacher as I am to yours!

This is an introductory management course that will motivate students to develop a basic understanding of management, its practices and techniques. It will also focus on the theory and fundamental concepts of management including planning, organization, leadership and control. Students will also be familiar with different ideas and terminologies that will be helpful in many managerial situations for the class will review the evolution of management thought, function and practice, will stress present approaches and developing concept by means of emphasizing different cases of management.
TUESDAYS & THURSDAY 8 AM - 9:20 AM
This course studies the underlying reasons why people act the way they do and help them evaluate the strength and deficit in their biological, psychological, and social development. A variety of theories and research about human growth and development both internal and external variables that influence human behavior in an organization will also be covered.
TUESDAY & THURSDAYS 2 PM - 3:20 PM
This course introduces the theories, history, and relationships of economics. An introduction to principles of economics will focus primarily on the forces that drive the economy. A brief discussion about consumption, production, pricing, and employment will be included. In addition, an overview of monetary and fiscal policies will be covered. At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to identify economic causes for various political and social problems at the national and international levels.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 11 AM - 12:20 PM
This course will provide a broad overview of microeconomics. Microeconomics is the study of issues specific to households, firms, or industries with an emphasis on the role of markets. Topics discussed will include household and firm behavior, demand and supply, government intervention, market structures, and the efficient allocation of resources. Prerequisite: “C” or better in ECON- 1110.

The class will cover an overview of the U.S. legal system, ethics in business law, contracts, employment, and real and personal property, intellectual property.

Government work; IHS, BIA, Navajo Nation, schools, transportation, and all businesses. The foundation for all four programs is management. In our programs you learn how to manage public organizations, finances, offices, and businesses. You also get to be a change agent. It is common knowledge that our governments, from tribal to federal, could always be improved. Degrees in our four programs equate to job readiness and a great chance that you see more job offers.
